The initial reservation payment for any booked service is non-refundable and secures the event date.
Gabbey’s Catering is not liable for cancellations outside of our control. Any cancellation made by the client within 14 days of the event date will result in no refund of payments made.
In cases of verified emergencies such as accidents or natural disasters, Gabbey’s may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund.
A formal service contract will be issued after the first payment is received. If the contract is not signed, the reservation terms outlined in this invoice and on our website still apply once any payment has been made by the client.
Gabbey’s is a licensed and insured catering company serving multiple states. When booking a venue, the client is responsible for informing us of any location-specific permits or documentation required. Failure to provide this information within a reasonable timeframe may result in our inability to fulfill services, and no refund will be issued.
